Error on Designer.xml file on startup

I am looking at the answers and The directory string that Dreamweaver says contains the problem with the Designer file doesn't exist.  A search of my hard drive doesn't find it. The program worked on Thursday.  I can't delete/copy or replace a file I can't locate. Any ideas?

    Designer.xml is a workspace.  Try choosing a different workspace.
