Hi!
I am using Adobe Dreamweaver for a class I am taking in college and whenever I try to use the Window>Extract function to extract a file I need in order to create a website and all it'll tell me is "You do not have access to this service. Contact your IT Administrator to gain access." Can anybody help me and give me advice as to what to do to solve this problem?

Thanks!

Sounds like an error caused by something not being set up under the Volume Licensing.

Have you brought it to the attention of your school's IT guys? They'll likely need to contact their Adobe rep directly to work out the kinks.

I did e-mail my professor about it saying that not long after I posted this but I have not gotten a reply back. I don't know how to contact the IT professionals at my school.

Contact administrative offices and ask for the IT dept's Creative Cloud plan admin.

For Extract to work, you need to upload your Photoshop comp to your Creative Cloud storage.  If that hasn't been set-up yet, you won't be able to use the Extract features.
