Extension Development Esources?

Hi

Extension development has very little in the way of resources to help people, but the three things to start with are -

1. Extending dreamweaver documentation - http://help.adobe.com/en_US/Dreamweaver/10.0_Extending/index.html.
2. Dreamweaver api documentation - http://help.adobe.com/en_US/Dreamweaver/10.0_API_Ref/index.html.
3. SDK - http://www.adobe.com/cfusion/exchange/index.cfm?event=extensionDetail&extid=1009962, although this has not been updated for many years now, but a new version was promised a few years ago, (still no signs of it though).

This is for mx, and is basic but is the only 'help' book I know of that is worth having, (you may also wish to try and get hard copy's of the documentation).

Many other dreamweaver books say they have a chapter on extensions but this has never been extension development in my experience, so beware.

As for this forum, this is now rarely visited by extension developers, so getting help/advice here is often a question of if your post is seen. As an example I now only visit this section once or twice a month, which is possibly more than many others.
