Hi Guys, if you’re interested in purchasing extensions for Dreamweaver, there’s a company called “Project Seven” who makes extensions for easy responsive web design.  Even if you’re a “dummy” like me it is so easy to design a responsive website in Dreamweaver with these extensions – I only have the most basic of HTML and CSS knowledge, trust me these extensions are so easy to use – you don’t have to learn how to use Bootstrap or anything else – these extensions do all the responsive work for you and there’s heaps of them available, you can choose the ones that best suit your project.  Even if you’re a seasoned professional web developer these extensions would most definitely speed up your workflow.  Hoping this helps some of you guys out there, especially if you’re new to web design. Cheers Amanda

Yes, PVII has a long-standing reputation for creating high quality front-end extensions for DW.  Mainly image galleries, menus, widgets and layouts (nice eye candy).

For back-end developers  who need more functionality, DMX Zone and WebAssist offer advanced tools for building data driven sites, web apps, secure log-in forms and much more...  Be sure to check them out. 🙂

PVII has been making DW better for a very long time.

One of their founders, Al Sparber, used to visit these forums almost daily before he passed a few years ago.

Unfortunately, their extensions won't be found in the Adobe Add-Ons joke, er I mean, store... the Adobe Add-Ons Store. As long as you have a budget for "making DW what it should have been" PVII is one of the best toolmakers for the program.

Still miss the guy. Those were the days when this forum was bouncing.

I miss him too. I didn't always agree with Al's viewpoint. But he really excelled at customer service, even going so far as to write custom code for customers who needed extra help.
