Extensions not working in Dreamweaver CC 2016

I have a few extensions that I've been using in older versions of Dreamweaver. Particularly, the server behaviours, as I manage some legacy sites built using ASP and the Server Behaviour extensions.

Since the update to CC 2017, I'm no longer able to activate those extensions or any other.

Any ideas?

If you are running a non-English version, then extensions will not be installable and you should revert back to your previous version. If you expected the extensions in your previous version to migrate, I'm afraid Adobe does not perform courtesies of that nature for its customers anymore. If by "activate" you mean install then also note that Adobe, in trying to herd business to its App store has discontinued the availability of a working desktop Extension Manager. Several of the larger extension developers have created their own free ones. So, if installation is your issue, then our Extension Manager will enable you to install ZXP versions of your extensions into Dreamweaver CC 20XX and all other CC apps. Again, please note that the non-English versions are broken and you will need to revert. You can find our EM here:

I'm running English. I had the extensions running of DW CC 2015. The extensions are installed, as in they'r ein the configuration folder. They're just not appearing in my Window menu in Dreamweaver. I removed the Server Behaviors folder, went through Adobe Exchange to tell it to reinstall. They were downloaded and replaced in my folder, but still aren't activated in my menu.

I tried the PVII Extension Manager  and same deal. Says it installed it, but no dice. Server Behavior panel doesn't appear.

I should add, extensions are not working in any of my CC apps, not just Dreamweaver. Ugh... :/
