Hi,

As i can see in the snapshot, your sync settings have failed too.

I hope you have signin with a proper Adobe Id.

As a workaround please try below steps:

1. Go to DW menu Help > signout(xxx@adobe.com)

2. Quit Dreamweaver

3. Launch Dreamweaver after a pause of 1 min

4. sign in again and check Extract panel
