Extract does not create HTML files for you.

You must create a new HTML document in DW and add your own structure and content to it.

thank you for your answer. Do you mean an empty (index).html file? In the tutorials I've seen they start with a html file  that allready has the basic structure of the website.

    for instance in

    https://helpx.adobe.com/nl/dreamweaver/how-to/copy-css-from-psd.html?playlist=/services/playlist.helpx/products:SG_DREAMWEAVER_1_1/learn-path:key-techniques/playlist:topic/set-header:make-a-website/nl_NL.json&ref=helpx.adobe.com

they start with the renderd-start.html file. (see image)

Is it possible to export such a flie in PS from the PSD file. Like opening the PSD file in PS and export an html file without the text etc  but with the setup ?

    hope you can help.

For me it is the missing link I cant' find......

    thank in advance
