Extract Workspace

Is there not a extract workspace in Dreamweaver CC?

In the little video at the welcome page to dreamweaver about extracting code from a PSD in dreamweaver it is said that I shall turn on the extract workspace?

There are only two workspaces in Dreamweaver CC 2017, "Developer" and "Standard" (see New features summary for the 2017 releases of Dreamweaver CC)

I'm sorry but it looks like this that there is again this idiotic language barrier, please try to use some simple words to explain to me your problem.
