Thank you both for your replies. I'm still having no joy after right clicking & selecting the changed files, to be put to the remote side. I pressed refresh after putting the files over. I synced the full site again and still no good. I also copied and pasted the 4 files from the local to the remote but changes are still not showing live online. Julian, you asked "Are you sure you're not looking at a cached version of the site in your browser"?

Unfortunately I don't know what this means and need to know is there some setting wrong at my end or does my Website Host Company need to change some setting at their end? Thanks.

What's the URL to your site page that has changed but you don't see the changes?

Which browser do you use?  Hit F5 or Ctrl+R to refresh the page.
