Feature Requests: Multiple Windows and Scrollable Tabs

I have two simple feature requests:

1. Let us open more than one window like VS Code

Maybe there's a way to do this but it's not obvious on my Mac. This way I could have two sites open and upload to FTP on save on the two websites without having to switch sites or re-index the directory. 

2. Let me mouse over the tabs and swipe left or right to scroll the view of them, like VS Code.

If I have 20 tabs open and can only see eight of them, it's a pain to go to the two arrow drop down menu to select the tab I want. I've been submitting this feature request for at least 12 years.

These two things would greatly increase efficiency and speed.
