File Activity - keeps refreshing

Yesterday my DW CC started being non-responsive. It will not stop reading file activity even when I use a local hard drive. I turned off my sync in Creative Cloud. I can't open anything or work on anything. I don't even work online. I use DW for editing HTML files. I have uninstalled and reinstalled DW this morning.

Any help would be great.
