File Transfer Window broken?

Is anyone else having this issue? It started just a couple of days ago. The file transfer window is unavailable and it's so annoying. If anyone has this and fixed it I'd be grateful to know. I'm running a Lenovo P50 Windows 10 Pro Insider (Slow) 64GB RAM. Thanks!
