Find in "Live" not in "Code"

Suppose I edit an html file in "Design" mode. Now suppose I want to "Find" a word. Then it will find a word in code not in "Live." Is there any way that I can search a word in "Live"?

    what ever the find box that you use (Ctrl F or Ctrl shift F) you will find a fileter icon (it looks like a funnel with a green check).

    from there you can select Text only (Sorry I don't know the english term I use a french version)...

     so the search will only occur in the text of the content, not in the code
