fix Auto close Dreamweaver after opening

I'd like to know how to fix a problem which is : whenever I open Dreamweaver 2020, it automatically closes !!

    Did it ever work properly on this machine?

    Did you Restore Preferences yet?

    That's obviously not the way it's supposed to work.

    What OS and version are you working with?
