CS3 is 16 years out of date and can't be activated anymore.  Likewise, Flash is a dead web technology.

You would do well to rebuild your site with modern web authoring tools.  CS3 is less than useless. The disks are debris for your recycle bin.

You have much catching up to do. Read chapters, do code exercises and take quizzes at the end.

A better use would be to loop a bit of string through the hole in the middle and then hang them up in the garden, they swing about a bit in the wind and reflect the sunlight, keeps the pigeons from eating your veggie seeds.

    Good recycling idea. 🙂

CDs & DVDs have lots of crafting potential too.

Not only is Flash end of life, but DW CS3 is at that point too.  You could just use a bootstrap template and use those buttons: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.3/components/buttons/

Modern browsers no longer support Flash, it's a dead.

One of the many drawbacks of using outdated software.

Wappler is the DMXzone-made Dreamweaver replacement and includes the best of their powerful extensions, as well as much more!
