flash - need new program

Hello.  I am revamping an old site.  The client still wants her flash movie/video.  Without using flash at all, what program/technique can I use to make a video with just images and text?  Thanks for any help.

    Does your client still have access to the source files, or is the file you were given an FLV/SWF?  Depending on the format you may be able to use the Adobe programs to natively export your MP4 file.  However, if all you have left is the final file (ie: swf) you may need to look for a third party alternative as Adobe does not have a tool for something like an SWF --> MP4 conversion.

      HTML5 <video> tag with MP4 video file is all that's required.  MP4 files are natively supported by ALL modern web devices.

      Use your favorite video editor (iMovie, Premier, After Effects...) to create video.  Use Adobe Media Encoder or Handbrake to transcode native video file to MP4 for use on the web.
