Fluid Grid Layout... question about centering on screen.

I've watched a few videos on using the Fluid Grid and am concerned about modifying the grid with all the warnings I've heard.

I was trying to get my form centered on my screen but wanted to make sure I didn't break something in the process by editing the wrong .css file or .div tag.

Should I create a new .css file and modify that and leave the defaults alone or if not which default .css file would be OK to modify without fear of breaking the FG?

Don't use legacy Fluid Grid Layouts.  Back in 2012, they seemed like a good idea but not anymore.  Adobe took Fluid Grid Layouts away from DW because there are much better ways to build responsive websites now.    Bootstrap framework is one option.  3rd party extensions or templates are another.  See links below.
