Please a advise how to set up a forum for dreamweaver CS6

The simplest method is to obtain forum software from a 3rd party that is compatible with your web hosting plan. Some hosts have forum software already on their servers which you can activate from your C-Panel.
PhpBB and VBulletin are popular platforms.
