Free Dreamwaver friendly responsive templates?

I apologise if this question has been asked before but I have been hunting for days and have not found any template which suites dreamweaver or my needs.

I have been asked to create a website / news blog for our art group and I can not achieve the design I want easily.

I have tried to 'poach' ideas from the net but obviously the vital bits are not available.

I need a site which will have a predominantly newspaper front page but then expand to show different peoples artwork on their own page.

I've tried with my own design but they don't like that.

So I would be greatly appreciative if anyone could direct me to any free - or cheap dreamweaver friendly responsive templates which would possibly be suitable for my / our needs.

Thank you in advance

Terry

If you are trying to create a website with a blog, don't re-create the wheel.  The best thing you can do to get up and online fast is to get a CMS (like Wordpress) and find a theme that meets your needs.  There are some quality free ones, as well as really good paid ones that can help you worry about design/coding even less.

I agree with Ben M.  A blogging system is  complex.  There's a lot of server-side coding and security to deal with.  Appearance is only one  part of the equation.    A WordPress Theme drives not only appearance but site functionality & back end options.  So the Theme you choose is important.
