FTP Error

I all of a sudden get this error below when I send files to the server. I've worked with DW for 20+ and never have seen this. A little background... I am redoing a site and I simple put a folder called "NEW" in the root folder of the site and then put the new files in it (building the new site). I've done that many times before without issues. Now I get this error and also there is an "X" by the "NEW" folder (locally and remote).

When I upload, it asked if I want to upload related files and I do. It will upload

What is this and how can I fix it? Thanks in advance for any help.

Here is a screen shot.

The screen shot shows that the files had already been downloaded (same file) and that there was no further transfer.

Not sure about the 'X' that you are referring to.

Yes. That is correct. But what about the "NEW" toward the top?

I don't see the "X" you are referring to either and all of file paths start with "NEW". If you are referring to the one that is an error near the top, that looks to be a permission error that you might not have access to that file or the file was open (maybe on the server) so you were unable to transfer the file. Did you try again at a later time? If you do and you still receive the error it is likely a permission issue.
