FTP Error on my Dreamweaver CC 2017

I am stuck in the water and can't do any ftp to my host.  One hosting is Readyhosting and they are stumped as to what the issue is.  I have been getting an error "Cannot make connection to host."  The error I get in the admin to test my passwords is "Cannot make connection to host. Your login or password is incorrect. Please check your connection information."   

This would all be fine except I am getting the same error on 6 different sites.   Any suggestions or fixes?  If not I will either have to buy an new ftp program or go back some versions in Dreamweaver to get my work done.  Clients are not happy!!!!!

    Download the free Filezilla Client and see if you can connect there. If you can, you'll be able to upload your sites while troubleshooting continues in DW.

    If you can't, you'll need to dig a bit more in depth with your hosting company to find out what's gone wrong.
