FTP Error using SFTP in Dreamweaver 21.0

I keep getting this error message. My Dreamweaver is up to date (21.0). The server administrator's logs are showing that Dreamweaver is using an outdated version of OpenSSH, specifically 4.6. Any ideas? This is my first time using Dreamweaver, so I'm not sure whether or not this is an issue with the new 2021 version.

Yes, I can connect using FileZilla. My key is using the PEM format and has a passphrase.

Dreamweaver supports only OpenSSH .key files.
