two main questions...

1 - are you sure all the credentials are correct (URL and PORT, Login, Paswword, encryption method)

2 - was you able to connect FTP using third software (Filezilla, CyberDuck... whatever)

Yes all my credentials were correct... You would never guess what it was.... Now let me tell you I was on the phone two different days with my provider trying to get this fix.. Today while I was on hold for the8th yes 8 times, I decided I could not do any more damgae so I went to the cpanel and typed in FTP.... Guess what it was disabled...... I enaled it and everything is working fine now..... Thanks for answering..
