FTP Trouble in Vista

Brandon, are you able to upload file via another ftp client? Try filezilla
or something and see if you get a similar error.

yes, just a normal FTP connection. And I don't think it's a permission
issue because it happens on all sites (I doubt I have wrong permissions on
all sites), and it appears that I can connect ok, but just not upload files.
