GoLive 9 authorization code

I recently changed computers.  I still have my serial number and activation number.  Now Go Live 9 is asking me for an authorization code to fill 6 empty text boxes.  Since Go Live 9 is a legacy app where do I get this GoLive 9 authorization code?  Thanks in advance! 🙂
