Has Adobe lost the ability to authenticate paid subscriptions to Dreamweaver on W7 ?
Adobe support failed to fix the problem and says I should downgrade to W10. Which I will NOT do.

If Adobe is incapable of fixing their verification problem, what other program will do the job?
I have used Dreamweaver since 1997, and would hate to have to switch, but since Adobe fails to fix their verification app, it looks like I don't have a choice.

Adobe discontinued TLS 1.0 and TLS 1.1 connections.  If you haven't upgraded to TLS 1.2 yet, you cannot connect to Adobe's servers.  See the link below for details.  You will need to obtain the Win7 update directly from MS.

    Hope that helps.

    I have TLS1.2
The problem is that the Microsoft Toadies messed up with the user
    verification app.
When it detects W7, it maliciously does a hostile abort.
It is NOT a user side problem.

I can't reproduce the problem you're having.  But I'm using Win 10 with latest updates.

Can you verify that TLS 1.2 is enabled in your Windows registry as per this Microsoft support article?

Failing that, maybe tech support can shed some light on this for you.

Window 7 is officially End Of Life.

Microsoft no longer sells, supports or offers security updates for it.

It should not be used with a system that accesses the internet.
