It looks like the Tutorials link is broken (or not finished yet).

Could you have someone take a look and see if that link is supposed to go somewhere?

The tutorials are in English though. Can you send me a screenshot of where you are being redirected to?

When I clicked on it initially, it gave an Adobe 404 page, but now is going to the English tutorials.
