Help! Email "contact us" form isn't working!

A web designer created a website for me in dreamweaver. I have access to dreamweaver as well, and I can upload any changes. The 'contact us"page on my website has a form where customers can fill out there name, address, phone #, email and ask questions about our services. Then they click on "submit" and the date from this form is supposed to come to my email. It's not coming. However, the guy who created the website for me swears it's working, since he has clicked on "submit" from HIS end and it's working. But, I'm only receiving emails from HIM, not from anyone else. I've done it myself several times and have had numerous friends go to the website and fill out a form. He told me to be patient, but it's been 48 hrs, and I'm still only receiving HIS EMAILS. I think it's something he left out when creating the page..some sort of code...or something. When I 'viewed the source' of the webpage there was no mention of my email address at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
