Is there anyone know any website that provide php tutorial? I just need to update the top banner and the left navigation bar to php page so I can easily change it in the future and not to affect other pages!

You probably want to put it into a server side include. The PHP site has a
fantastic user manual .. better than most. Read some of the documentation
(or search for what you want) at http://www.php.net
