Horrible issues with Dreamweaver

Hi,

Is anyone else having these issues?

#1 - The WYSIWYG view does not update so that even when I make the change in the code the change does not show. I have to save the document and then CLOSE it and then reopen it for the change to show. It is AWFUL!

#2 - It seems like an extra step has been added to almost everything we do now.  I can understand why they are trying to do some of what they are doing but honestly I don't need all those little 'choices' in between each action I take. It's added unneeded time onto my development time. Is there a way to turn all those 'choices meant to help me' off? I went through preferences and turned off the things that I thought might make a difference but still am getting the extra box choices.  Often they are getting in the way of getting the work done.

Anyway, help is appreciated. I do not want to have close a document and reopen to see changes nor after 17 years of development do I need all these little extra boxes popping up.
