For Creative Cloud versions (subscription), all you need to do is install the CC Desktop App, log into it with the Adobe ID used to purchase your subscription, and download DW. You can have 2 machines logged in at a time, but could have the program installed on an unlimited number of either Mac or Windows (or both) devices.

For Creative Suite versions (physical disks or one time download), you would simply install on a second machine, though the OS would need to be either Mac or Windows, there are no cross-platform versions of CS software. If you had ever installed on any other machines, you would need to deactivate them through the help menu before installing on a new device or you'll end up with "Activation Limit Reached" errors.
