I will use Dreaweaver to modify my prevoius website. Will it be possible to host it on Cloud storage?

No. To host a website, you need a publicly facing URL (domain name) and web hosting service.

Creative Cloud's limited storage is for syncing your CC software settings/fonts/libraries, etc.. with other devices & sharing files with collaborators only.
- Creative Cloud storage is not a website hosting platform.
- It's not a file backup/recovery service.
- And it's not a substitute for adequate hard disk space.
Hope that helps.
