Question

How can I adjust the links?

I was able to track the page properties and links earlier in an extra field below.

I do not know how I can adjust this again.

Now I have totally changed the view of dreamweaver.
How do I get back to basics?

I have no menu bar anymore, please help me!

All of the panels are located under the window menu. You can reset your layout:

Additionally, panels can disappear from time to time (changing workspaces; inadvertently hitting a keyboard shortcut that toggles a panel off; low memory/crash; etc.). You can every panel in the interface quickly via the Window menu:

Link styles (aka CSS Pseudo-Classes) should be defined in your site's global CSS file.

    CSS Styling Links

To open or close the Properties Panel , hit Ctrl+F3  (win) on your keyboard.
