how can i change the dreamweaver2020's language to chinese setting

i am using the dreamweaver 2020,that is downloaded form creative cloud.i want to change the language to chinese ,how can i do it ?my creative cloud's and computer's setting are all chinese setting ,but why i cannot change it form english setting to chinese setting?

(answers it by chinese is more better)

Open CC Desktop App and select Preferences (gear icon).

Click on Apps. Scroll down to Default install language.

Supported languages:

Brazilian Portuguese
Chinese Simplified
Chinese Traditional
Czech
Danish
Dutch
English
Finnish
French
German

Italian

Japanese
Korean
Norwegian
Polish
Russian
Spanish
Swedish
Turkish

Install new language version of Dreamweaver.

If DW is available in the version of Chinese you want to use, and the CC Desktop App is set to that version, the program should install in that language. If your Desktop App was set to the correct language and DW installed as something else, you may want to contact Adobe Customer Care directly: https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

If the CC Desktop App was set to any other language at first, and you changed it after installing DW, it won't automatically change DW to the new language.

If you had the Desktop App set to something else, you will need to uninstall any programs that were added under that language and reinstall under the current language.
