How can I put the Dreamweaver website into a folder for export

My Dreamweaver (2018 version) tutor, is resident on the other side of the world, and has asked me to send a zipped folder of my Dreamweaver website. But I have been racking my brains trying to work out how this can be accomplished.

I have found the Windows 10 File Manager (with my thanks to the experts!) but it only contains the images, html, js and style files - see below. There is no actual Dw file that can be used to open the site in the  Dreamweaver program.

I have a defined site local folder; it's on my desktop and it shows up when I go into 'manage sites' and track back through the set up process.

I thought I might be able to 'Save as'  into my Creative Cloud files folder but when I open the CC folder there is no Dw folder icon.  It works with Muse so why but not with Dreamweaver?  The 'Save as' will only allow me to save the index.html file and not the entire site.  I attach 4 relevant images:

    Hi,

Below link might be helpful to you:

How to create and open files in Dreamweaver

    Design responsive websites using Bootstrap

In Dreamweaver, you can open your main HTML file and edit it. There is no dw file as it is in muse, so we need to save our files which are present in our site folder.

Dreamweaver lets you view files related to your main HTML document. For example, if you have CSS and JavaScript files attached to a main document, Dreamweaver lets you view and edit these related files in the Document window while keeping the main document visible.

    Thanks

Thanks but I have no problem creating files in Dreamweaver.  I imagined that I could save the Dreamweaver site to my desktop just like I can when using Adobe Muse.

What happens when you create your new site on your Desktop?

Select Site > New Site, and use your Desktop location for the Local Site folder.

    Thanks,

Are all of your websites files/components contained in BillsWebsite folder? They should be if you defined that folder as the folder for your website at the outset of the project.

If that is the case then just zip the folder BillsWebsite and send your tutor the zipped folder.

You dont need to send anything Dreamweaver related to open the website, the files are just html, scripts etc which any web-editor can open.
