I can bring up the Adobe Extension Manager screen. I can bring up the BrowserLab (Preview/Local-Network) pop-up, Can even get the cslive_help.pdf. I can not find any way to remove the BrowserLab extension from Dreamweaver. Anyone know how to do that?

Hi. Pziecina. I screwed around with lots of modifications, including setting up a new site and stting my previews to the local network. I closed Dreamweaver and reopened it. My browser preview listing shows the two browsers I like to use. When I click the Preview/Debug icon, I now get it displayed in the selected browser. Miracle of miracles. I wish I could be more specific in saying how I succeeded. My advise to others with the BrowserLab issue - Keep trying. It is possible to deactivate it. Thanks for your advice. I did follow it and, perhaps, that is why I succeeded.

Browser lab was a built-in feature of CS6 and not an extension, so even though browser lab is no longer available the menu item cannot be removed.

Thank you. Unfortunately, I activated it, entering my server information. Is there a way to deactivate, by-pass, or remove it or do something that would let me directly view my document on one of my browsers? At this time, I get a 404 or a Page Cannot be found error. BrowserLab does not work for me.

In CS6 use the preview in browser option, (F12) and this will open the page in your browser.

However, it may be necessary to set-up a local testing server on your computer in order for this to work correctly, this even applies to none server side coded pages.
