How can I set a new file as the NEW FILE default

I want a certain cold fusion template to open as the NEW file layout. I used to have an extension for this but lost it...

The skeleton markup for FILE | New files is in C:\Program
Files\Macromedia\Dreamweaver 8\Configuration\DocumentTypes\NewDocuments.
Copy the ones you want to change into a similar folder hierarcy in the
Documents and Settings folder, e.g.,

Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Macromedia\Dreamweaver
8\Configuration\DocumentTypes\NewDocuments\...

and it will work for you.
