How do I create an interactive Feedback form?

Question

I would like a feedback form for my online shop that will be displayed on my home page.

I would like customers to be able to give feedback so that it might attract new customers. I would be looking at users being able to add their comments from the homepage and be instantly updated for all to see.

I have no understanding about MySQL so if this requires that then is there an alternative like the search facility I have which is a small fee per month.

Be careful what you wish for. Some comments can be very bad for you and your site. If unregulated, spammers, hackers, hecklers and other malicious intruders will attempt to take over your site.

Opening up your site to comments is a big headache. But if you think you really need it to boost sales, use Facebook and the Facebook Comments Plugin. Only registered Facebook users can leave comments. And the comments they post are visible to all their friends. It's not perfect but it's better protection than nothing.
