How do I get a refund for outdated DW CC extension?

I have learned that the DWZone's "PHP Advanced Search" product that I purchased is too old and use outdated PHP.  How do I go about getting a refund?

Interesting question. Can you please post here after you are done with contacting the support teams? I am not sure about the refund policy for third-party extensions hosted on Add-Ons.

While Ben is right in that Adobe probably gets a share of the profit, I think the refund is still done by the developer of the extension.

    Thanks,

I just read your other post. You purchased the product through Adobe, in that case I would also approach Adobe because they are also getting a slice of the pie.

    Here's Adobe's official info on Add-On problems/purchases..

    Adobe Add On Troubleshooting

Looks like there's an email address there specifically for add-on issues, though they don't specify how to go about getting a refund when you accidentally purchase an add-on that won't work with your version of the program.

    That's not an Adobe product.

    Contact the vendor DWZone.

I contacted DW Zone, they said I have to get a refund from Adobe since I bought it from them.  If anyone's used php advanced search with the latest version of DW, it would help to installation instructions

    Are DWZone and DMXZone affiliated?

    The extension maker was DWZone.

They purchased it from the Adobe Add-On site (according to the OPs other thread on the subject here: Trying to use add-on "PHP Advanced Search" from DWZone )

No, they are definitely not affiliated. DMXZone is very much a, if not THE, leader in extensions. No I am not affiliated with DMXZone. ;-)
