I wouldn't, I would upload the raw image to a cloud storage, like ImageKit, and serve the images from there.

I plug devices together and manually transfer files with iTunes app.

That said, don't be tempted to use RAW images on a web page.  Images must be optimized for the web first.

 

I use Photoshop to rotate, crop, retouch and size images to required specifications. Photoshop also strips out unwanted iPhone meta data  -- critical to insure photos aren't upside down.

 

File > Export > Export As > JPG.   Adjust quality slider to reduce filesize.  See screenshot.  

Hit the Export All button and place image in your local site folder.
