How do I open a Dreamweaver CS3 site in Adobe Dreamweaver 2021?

The same way you open any site in Dreamweaver.

Move files & assets to your primary hard drive.

Go to Site > New Site and enter the name of your local site folder. See screenshot.

Open your Files Panel (F8).

Double click on a file to open it.

Toggle between Design & Live view from the Document Toolbar or keyboard shortcut Ctrl + Shift + F11.
