How do I start a multipage bootstrap full screen website

I have used Dreamweaver and Bootstrap 3 in the past to ceate simple bootstrap sites but I have been asked to create a site which...

a) is full screen width.

b)menu stays at top

c) multipage - not single scrolled page.

6) carousel on home page which covers full screen - scalable to device width.

The example website I have been given is at:

https://www.thaikhun.co.uk/

I have looked for templates already out there but they mostly only cover single page websites...

I am using Dreamweaver CS6

Thanks in advance for any tips where to get started - ! Oh yes - I have 1 week to have a completed site!

Big ask!

Terry

Everything on your wish list is possible with Bootstrap 3 or Bootstrap 4.   Use "container-fluid" class for full page width.

Every site starts with a single page.  When that layout is completed as you want it, Save.  Then go to File > SaveAs  > enter "new_file_name.html."

    Repeat for other site pages.
