how git ignore when after save lot of files

Dreamweaver break; if i forgot to make gitignore before save lot of files.
After git make bug and big wait to try ref all files, and i can't put after the site in gitignore.
it 's difficult to work after.

i would put all the site in git ignore to have the peace !
Have you a answer for this please ?
