How to add images directly to a image hosting server?

Question

I have created a site but would like to use the picasa web albums for storing and mainting post images but I am not able to figuer out how to do this.

Thanks in advance gyts plz help even a link to a tutorial will do.

This is not a Dreamweaver issue, you need to sign up with Google for a Picasa account, then go through the Google tutorials to see how to embed images from that account into your web site if you wish to.
