How to alter the default text for a new file

In old versions of Dreamweaver there was a  way to alter the structure of a new file.   For example the standard in my company is for every file to have a commented out header text as lines 2 - 30 of  the file.    This makes it easy to find a particular file if you are not sure the exact name of the file.      But i can't see how I can do this now.     Can anyone help please?

For example,  a new HTML file would have the forllowing as the first few lines of the file as part of the default code:

<html>
<!----
==========================================================================================================
Filename: filename.html
Description: purpose of the file  -  the subroutine in the site the file belongs.
Client: Client name
Date:    Date in our local format automatically entered..
Author: Person who is the author - the login name for this copy of Dreamweaver

Revision history:

Ongoing notes about what's been done to the file and by whom.

Alternatively, add the comments/code to your custom Snippets folder (see link below).

Save and optionally apply a trigger key (Tab + anything) for quick insertion into new documents.

You can find the file(s) at...

C > Program Files > Adobe > Dreamweaver (your version) > configuration > DocumentTypes > NewDocuments

In that folder, you will see a list of "Default.extension" files going from .as to .xsl extensions. You only need to modify Default.html and any other file type you normally use, like Default.php.

You'll need administrative rights to modify the files. Only add information. Even though the doctype declaration will be old, DW automatically updates it based on your Preferences, so just add in your comment, and it will appear in every new page you make.

I would paste the text into the document while in Code View
