How to create a login and registration form [was: ADOBE DREAMWEAVER]

am using adobe dreamweaver cc 2019, html5 when i tried to create a login and registration form on my html5 files, i reliarized i had to link html with CCS after writing in html and clickin on the css button provided by the adobe top bar [ IT TOLD ME THAT CSS WASNOT INSTALLED ON MY LOCAL DISK, after i downloaded 2020 version of rapid css and html editor but again it failed to work? there was an option provided by the software that says "get" but it wasnot giving any results.

WHAT SHOULD I DO TO COMPELETE MY PROJECT?? of adding chech box, login and and registration form.

My login and registration form failed to work yet i coded well but there is a problem with transition button which should display the registration and login forms on click. But there overwrap each other and when i try to hide overwrite one disappears when i change the width settings one form displays put the form box. The buttons failed to add to the forms. And the online display doesn't show the form box it out lines everything without a formbox my using ccs and html to create a login form

#1 Did you define a local site folder BEFORE you began this project? Site > Manage Sites... That's a critical 1st step so DW can manage links and assets for you. Once your site folder is defined, you can organize your project's assets from the Files Panel (F8). See screenshot.

#2 How much experience with databases and server-side coding do you have? I ask because there is nothing in DW that can create an advanced log-in system for you. You either know how to code it yourself or you use backend frameworks or commercial extensions to help you.
