How to edit right-click context menu in Dreamweaver (CS5.5)

Some time in the past, I found out how to edit the context menu in Dreamweaver.  It took forever, but I found a way to do it that was relatively easy, i.e. no xml editing and no registry editing.  I failed, however, to save that information.  Big mistake.  Now I can't find anything anywhere online or within Dreamweaver help.  Back then I had added "Open With Corel PaintShop Pro" (version x8) as a separate context menu item when I right-clicked on an image file, but now I have version x9 and don't know how to change that menu item.  How to change that?  Or, how to add Corel PSPx9 to the "Open With" context menu?

All I can find in my online search is editing xml and registry files.
