How do I empty the cache in Dreamweaver CC 2017 on Mac?

When I look in Library > Application Support > Adobe, there is no Dreamweaver folder there.

The problem is that Dreamweaver constantly freezes on startup on when trying to build a site map.

One solution I've found (for anybody else with the same problem) is simply to disable cache.
