How to get title box in newer version
How to get title box in latest version as like in previous version?

The title field has been moved to the Properties Window.
Go to Window > Properties or hit Cmnd/Ctrl +F3.
Click the HTML tab on the left in the Properties Window and you'll see a place for Document Title...
