How to hyperlink to another website in cc 2018

Trying to correct bad links and hyperlink doesn't seem to work like earlier versions. In live format it won't let me just insert a hyperlink by highlighting a word and inserting the link. What are the new steps?

I have Dreamweaver cc 2018 and I do not get that screenshot with properties.

Also, is there no way to hyperlink to a website from a word on the page in live format?

concerning the link... just double click on the desired word, a HUB will shows up... from there,  you can add a link

Double-click in Live View to edit.

    Or switch to Design View.

Also check your code for errors with the Validation service.

Could you please explain your old steps that are no longer working in a little more detail?

In CC2018.1 under Windows 7, I don't have any issue with highlighting text in Live View and either adding a link in the Properties Window, or using the dialogue window under Insert > Hyperlink.

Maybe you had set a keyboard shortcut that is no longer associated with that menu command?

    Hi,

Thanks for reporting, however I am not bale to reproduce the issue at my end.

Could you please share below information with us:

    1) what is the OS that you are working on

    2) Are you upgraded to latest DW release ,  DW 18.1

    Thanks

Working on Windows 7, have latest version of DW cc 2018.

Previously, I would highlight a word, then click hyperlink and add the url that I wanted to link.

Now I get a prompt asking whether to put it in front, after or nest. This does not create a highlighted hyperlinked word and I am not sure what I am doing wrong.
